Services We Offer
If you’re looking for compassionate and genuine support, and want to be encouraged to take action to make lifestyle shifts in order to see meaningful change, then you’ve come to the right place. We guide our clients every step of the way, implementing various therapeutic styles including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and other approaches, to help you develop skills to handle life's complexities, while also discovering and moving closer toward your values.
At Coast Family, family therapy sessions are intended to create a space to work together to understand current dynamics that are causing stress. We help families to see that it really is possible to develop new communication styles, and create healthier patterns of behaviors that everyone agrees upon, in order to start enjoying one another again. We will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles that often occur within our family relationship dynamics.
At times, family members have questions about the way that they learn or relate to others and the world around them. Through the comprehensive diagnostic testing process, we will identify several specific ways to improve overall quality of life, school/job performance, and interpersonal relationships based on scientific interpretation of obtained results.
